Saturday, October 11, 2008 Finally! Off that “…088″ schneid of Total Meters Rowed. Really, this matters, it’s important. It’s the only reason I rowed today. I mean it. Put in 25 minutes to come up with a number — any five numbers — that wouldn’t add up to “…088.” And so, play tonight’s lotto number at 5,271. Now THERE’S a thought: use your rowing workout to get your Daily Jackpot Numbers! You can use them in any order. Am I the first person to think of this? But please: Gamble responsibly. On another subject (completely!): I spoke yesterday at the Pennsylvania Council of Teacher’s of English and Language Arts statewide convention, over in Lancaster. My goal and objective, I brazenly declared to 30 high-school-level teachers of English and language arts, nothing less than every high school senior in the Keystone State reading “My Father’s Heart”!
